How do I order?
You can send in your order by filling in the order form on this site. Orders will not be accepted over the phone or by fax or email unless and otherwise stated in the product description. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
Can I order a gift that is currently not in your product list?
We do offer you the facility of making a special request through our Special Request form. We will confirm with you whether we can fulfill your request. You can then add it to your shopping cart.
Will the items delivered match the items as they appear on your site? Certainly. The items will be the same brand and type as shown on the site. However, there may be variations in colour, shade and design as these depend on monitor and availability.
Do you feature Special Offers on your site?
From time to time we shall be featuring Special Offers or Bonuses or Free Gifts for our members. You will find these on site or we will keep you informed via e-mail.
How will the gift be delivered?
All items will be couriered or hand delivered to the recipient's doorstep. We take special care to ensure that the gifts are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Are there any additional delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are included in the cost of the item. Should there be any additional charges, we will inform you in advance. However, there will be additional delivery charges for Same Day Delivery.
How much time do you take to deliver?
Generally, gifts are delivered within 48 hours (Dhaka city) of the order being received by us. However, certain items and delivery outside of Dhaka city may take time. All approximate delivery times are mentioned in the product description and Delivery Policy.
What if a gift is not delivered?
Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may go astray. In such cases we will replace the gift and or make a fresh delivery.
How do I make payments?
You can pay with your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery.
Will my Credit Card number be secure?
All transactions are secured and all information is encrypted before it is transacted.
What if I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to five days before delivery. In case we have already charged your credit card, we will reverse the charges for you. Your cancellation should reach us by e-mail.
What if there has been a change in the recipient's address?
You must inform us of this change at least 3 days before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.
