Delivery Policy :

We provide nationwide delivery in Bangladesh Free of charge. However, currently we deliver only selected products outside of Dhaka city. Detail shipping information is given below:

1) Same Day Delivery: Currently, this service is available on selected products in Dhaka city only. A charge of $3.99 applies for same day Delivery. All orders for same day delivery must be placed within 24 hours of delivery or by 7am Local Bangladesh time.

2) Normal Delivery: Approximately 2-7 Days advance order is required for all other delivery in Bangladesh depending on the product.

3) International Delivery : Approximately 14-21 days advance order is required for any International delivery outside of Bangladesh. Currently, International delivery service is not available for Residents of Ontario, Canada.

4) Someone over 18 years of age must be present during the time of delivery for proper signature.

5) Giftmela.com is not responsible for onsite unfavourable delivery conditions i.e. narrow space/opening, no stairs etc.

6) Damage products should not be accepted and must be refused at the time of delivery.
